- Registration is available for 4 weeks in advance.
- The registration program fairly divides Prisma hours among all the users.
- A session is defined as an individual booking slot (minimum of 1 hour).
- Users can register for up to a total of 12 hours per week during the day-time.
- During night hours (18:30 – 8:30), weekends (Friday-Saturday) or holidays there is no limit on session length, or on the number of booked sessions.
- Sessions can be canceled up to 48 hours ahead of time.
- New users are limited to day-time sessions only.
- Users who do not show to the session or do not press the START button will be charged for a full session.
- Users who worked less than 50% of the one booked slot will be charged for a full session.
- Users who do not work on the Prisma for a period of 60 days are blocked.

- The room is a fully operational microscope room, it is intended for research purposes and requires maximum concentration from the users. Therefore, any passage through it must be done quickly and as quietly as possible!
