- Registration is available for 4 weeks in advance.
- The registration program fairly divides Ultra-Plus hours among all the users.
- A session is defined as an individual booking slot (minimum of 1 hour).
- Day-time sessions (08:30 to 18:30) of 1 to 4 hours are allowed.
- Users can register for up to a total of 4 hours per week during the day-time.
- During night hours (18:30 – 8:30), weekends (Friday-Saturday) or holidays there is no limit on session length, or on the number of booked sessions.
- Sessions can be canceled up to 48 hours ahead of time.
- The duration of a session can be extended in special cases, such as hot-stage, nanoindentation, or other complex and time-consuming experiments. Coordinate these experiments in advance with the MIKA team.
- New users are limited to the day-time sessions only.
- Users who do not show to the session or do not press the START button will be charged for a full session.
- After 30 minutes from the beginning of the session if no one started working the session will be open for all users.
- Users who worked less than 50% of the one booked slot will be charged for a full session.
- Users who do not work on the Ultra-Plus for a period of 60 days are blocked.

- The room is a fully operational microscope room, it is intended for research purposes and requires maximum concentration from the users. Therefore, any passage through it must be done quickly and as quietly as possible!
